Where To Begin

The Open Source Review workshop provides organisations with the tools and know how to begin preparing and executing their transition to open source software. This workshop is designed for delegates to apply what they learn to their own specific environment and allows them to analyse if their organisation is ready for such a transition. It questions the reliability of their organisations existing processes and procedures and allows delegates to return with greater understanding of the areas they will need to address before considering implementing open source software. It also provides delegates with the knowledge on how to plan and execute the successful delivery of an open source solution.

The duration of this workshop is 1 day but can be expanded or contracted to the needs of the client. The Open Source Implementation workshop covers -
