Open Source Feasibility Studies
As with all new IT systems, organisations must ensure that any new open source software solution not only produces expected cost reductions but also delivers real benefit whilst fulfilling requirements. I have designed a feasibility study which quantifies these benefits and cost savings and defines the type of free alternative open source software which can easily replace a customers existing commercial software.
